Henry Cavill first dawned Superman's cape in 2013 and after 10 years, his time as the man of steel has come to an end. What exactly went wrong with Henry Cavill's Superman and the DCEU as a whole? Let's ta...

Power Rangers Movie Reboot - A Failed Franchise
Переглядів 57 тис.Рік тому
Power Rangers is a very successful and popular entertainment franchise dating back to the mid-90s. Spanning many seasons of television, millions of toys sold, and a very passionate fanbase; it's no surprise Power Rangers have had a handful of movies in their time. But one of the most interesting is the most recent. Power Rangers (2017) was an attempt to start a cinematic universe for the Ranger...

Speed Racer Is A Forgotten Masterpiece
Переглядів 188 тис.Рік тому
Speed Racer (2008) was unfortunately drowned out by a plethora of other films around that time. This led to the film being one of Warner Bros' biggest flops of all time, but despite all of this, Speed Racer is one of the greatest films of all time. And as time has progressed, people have slowly realized the film is one of the greatest of all time. A true modern-day masterpiece. But why? Why is ...

Why SpongeBob SquarePants Is So Culturally Important
when it came out I thought that it is the stupidest shit ever and didn't bother watching it. Watched it about 3 years ago and this movie is silly af, but it's pure art and emotion.
Batman v superman doesn't deserve the hate and your thumbnail sucks
Admit it you hated batman v superman and man of steel
Speed Racer with Sonic OST in the back is PEAK VIBE!
I find that people either really love this movie or really hate it. The 2 camps are separated by how willing people are to suspend their disbelief. This movie will ask you to suspend your disbelief a lot, but it'll give you a huge payoff when you do. I'm of the camp that loves this movie. I'm sad that it failed but so happy it exists.
Fun Fact, some turtles can actually deflect non piercer bullets with their shells
10:45 I can't believe The Batman from 2022 made less than this.
This has been my favorite movie of all time since 2009. Still nothing has come close. I would talk about it all the time but people thought I was weird or trolling or just had the artistic taste of a toddler. Is nice to see it getting recognition it deserves, and show how incredible my taste truly is. x). And anyone else who liked it when everyone was making fun of it! This movie is for artists.
As a kid I loved this movie. I loved the races and all the imagination that went into it. I will be honest, as a kid I either did not understand or completely did not care about corruption because I completely did not remember it.
22:47 Trixie is also playable in the videogame.
Agree, well animated...was have a high hope, yet this movie was a disappointed...too bad, great animation with bad script...
the visual effects they use in that movie at that time sublime
Just because the turtles are mutants doesn’t mean they have to be 7ft tall with hulk-like strength!
The Speed Racer Movie Is Indeed A Masterpiece
just watched the whole thing. SPEED IS COMING BACK!?!?!?!?!?
This is LITERALLY my childhood movie and the fact that people are bringing it up Now blows my mind
So fed up of hearing UA-camrs mispronounce "escape" as "Ex cape".. beyond lame
The racing scenes are painful to watch. The original show wasn’t realistic with the racing scenes. But not this ridiculous. Plus the cars in the show were all styled after real 1960s race cars minus the Mach 5. And most of the races in the show actually had real world counterparts
Wow im very happy about this video because I was always afraid to tell people that I loved this movie haha. I saw this in theaters when I was a kid and it was awesome!! I like to think of this movie as a mix between formula one and a pinball machine
TRUMP 24 #TRUMP24 #AMERICA #2024

I was born in 93 and caught the very end of original show and grew up with the 2000 3 show and even watched the 1 from 2012. I'm incredibly old
i was 12 years old when i watched this movie in the cinema, that was the day my love for movies was born.
This is not and ice age movie it’s just terable
Amen. This is easily one of the best cartoon to live action movies ever made. ❤
Yeeeahhhh. It sucked.
nah
How joyless your life must be. My condolences… 😔
8:48 Really? Not even Spider-Man?
I may be the only human on earth that quotes “pfannkuchen sind liebchen, pancakes are love” this movie was outstanding
I Think in Ice Age The Meltdown Or Dawn of the Dinosaurs Manny thought he is The Only Mammoth Alive but he Got to see Ellie Which Also was a Mammoth but she Thought she was a possum...
That movie was sacrilegious the original is dark and gritty kids smoking and the turtles look like they are real turtles my own little cousins didn't like the Michael Bay at all
I assume you never played Mario Cart or any racing game unironically at the depth of racing your own ghost time and beating your record on a track. It’s poetic the way Speed is literally racing his brother’s ghost. A couple of years ago I plugged in my N64 and decided to race on Toad’s Turnpike, after two laps I noticed I was side by side with another Toad (Toad was my main when I was a kid). I realized that was my time from when I was 11 and even then little dude was making great time. I was kicking the tracks ass and mirroring the movements and drifting on the same spots. I mastered this game as a kid but I knew I could beat my time by a fraction actually. I ended up tapping B at the end letting my past Ghost time remain in my game. It was nostalgic though I hate nostalgia because it’s a cheap emotional payoff, past me was pretty cool and I respect how much I loved and committed to this game.
I clearly have no plans of going back to Disney plus over due to the entire physical media of Marvel studios since 2008-2019 and the non Disney marvel And some of the disney movies I bought such as the finest hours national treasure zootopia and the Oliver company the Rescues and robin hood blu-ray discs. Max, Paramount+ Discovery+ will be still keeping for me for a long time. Due to Nickelodeon Cartoon Network and also Food Network channel. Those are the reasons I'm not canceling those apps. But forget disney plus I will not be able To access it anymore.
Speed Racer was released in May of 2008.
Speed Racer is my favorite movie hands down, and I'm so glad you didn't try and dissect the ending because I also feel that there are no words for it; it's too emotionally captivating. I cry every single time it ends. And Michael Giacchino is one of the best composers. The film score did an absolutely amazing job working WITH the movie. If they could replay this in theatres, I would totally go and support it lol
I loved this movie I just think it came out at a time that was not accepting of movies like this
Splinter looks so wrong
They did the writer who ended up making morbius and Madame Web
I think I was tricked into liking the Snyder Cut after the disappointment of first Justice League.
Let focus on the ending…speed KILLED two other racers
you could see them eject out of the car and inside of their protective foam balls though, so they didnt die
I rewatched this at a older age and loved it alot more then when I was younger my only gripe is the overly childish parts with the monkey and kid but it's a really solid fun time. P.s your test joke gave me a mad cackle
This was one of my favorite movies as a kid.
I was shocked myself when I rewatched this movie some odd months ago and found myself crying tears of joy at the end. For someone who isn't really a crying type, even with lots of emotional trauma, that says something.
When I'll become a dad, I want to be like Pops Racer
This movie really doesn't have a pacing problem. If anything, I think the pacing is one of the movie's strongest attributes. The movie is constantly moving and doing cool stuff, while giving you just enough content with Raph and Leo to understand their dynamic, but not enouggh to think about the plot in session. The Winters plot is always in the shadows and it always a veil of mystery, slowly revealing it's cards while we focus on the Turtles. And yes, Leo's a hypocrite and in the wrong and the movie recognizes this. It's okay for good characters to be in the wrong. They're both in the wrong. Everything they both is the truth about one another, as brothers they have a strong understanding of one another. Leo is smug and Raph is impatient and hot tempered, and endangering their family. The difference between their brsnds of vigilantism is that Raph is playing the Batman role and putting citizens in danger, while Leo is killing those who pray on the weak, not puttting anyone in danger, but he stayed away because he felt like the people there needed him more thsn The Turtles did. Raphael acts like he hates Leo for this but in reality he's just hurt that he left and didn't come back. All of this is set up well and the story makes you read into the plot to understsnd it, you draw your conclusions, and that's what's good about it. It is a masterpiece
